The resource will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of 2D and 3D computer vision and artificial intelligence algorithms using Halcon libraries for industrial applications.

In addition, he/she will be responsible for the conversion of these algorithms into C# and their integration into server-side services, supporting various applications in robotic cells and in stand-alone vision systems.

The figure will be in charge of:
  • The realisation of 2D and 3D artificial vision and artificial intelligence algorithms using Halcon libraries for industrial applications, taking part in the testing, which is carried out at the company’s headquarters, following the commissioning on-site or remotely, at the customer’s;
  • Converting these algorithms into C# and integrating the code into server-side services that have different applications on robotic cells and stand-alone vision systems;
  • Analysing and improving the efficiency, scalability and stability of existing and newly developed software, interfacing directly with the customer in the technical area and coordinating with the project manager.
  • Borgo Chiese (Italy) (Headquarters, production of electrical panels and robotic cells, testing and verification, offices for software development, electrical and mechatronic engineering).
  • Calvagese della Riviera (Italy) (Department with offices and production - after training period).
  • Willingness to learn new computer skills applied to the industrial sector.
  • Diploma and/or degree in electronics, electrical engineering, industrial automation or similar.
  • Availability for occasional travel in Italy and abroad.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
  • Excellent stress resistance, interpersonal skills and operational flexibility complete the profile.
