The candidate will report directly to the software manager of the “Mechatronics Engineering” department, who will schedule and organise his/her activities.

The resource will be included in an onboarding programme to be detailed during the interview phase, which provides for progressive steps for the acquisition and verification of skills by the manager. This programme is aimed at training the new employee with the medium-term objective of making him/her a senior resource within the team.

The resource:
  • Will initially deal with the functional understanding of the robotic and mechatronic solutions built by Polytec as well as mastering the reading of 2D and 3D mechanical drawings.
  • Will be trained by the department manager in the use of the company's mechanical design software and in the knowledge of design standards.
  • Will also be responsible for updating post-test and post-start-up drawings.
  • Following the successful completion of the various steps mentioned above, the resource will be dedicated to the design of auxiliary components to islands with low complexity, increasing the difficulty to the efficient completion of assigned projects.
  • Will also be responsible for drafting the associated technical documentation.
  • Will take part in training courses promoted by BM Group in order to deepen and improve his skills in this field.
  • Borgo Chiese (TN) (Headquarters, production of electrical panels and robotic cells, testing and verification, offices for software development, electrical and mechatronic engineering).
  • Calvagese (BS).
  • Willingness to learn new computer skills applied to the industrial sector.
  • Diploma and/or degree in mechanics, mechatronics, industrial automation.
  • Availability for occasional travel in Italy and abroad.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
  • Excellent stress resistance, interpersonal skills and operational flexibility complete the profile.
  • Knowledge of at least one 3D mechanical design software, preferably Solidworks.
  • Knowledge of Autocad 2D design software.
  • Ability to design elements and simple mechanical assemblies.
  • Knowledge of the main measuring instruments.
  • Basic knowledge of the assembly and installation of mechanical components.
