The person will be responsible for managing Automation and Robotics orders, ensuring adherence to time, cost and integrity of supply as stipulated in the contract. This will include analysing and managing the contract itself, as well as interfacing directly with the customer to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.

He/she will be involved in the initial planning of the project and will collaborate with all business entities to achieve the established objectives. He/she will supervise the engineering involved in the project, having a clear understanding of the most relevant technical aspects. Supplier management will be an integral part of the role, working closely with the purchasing department.

He/she will handle both customer and supplier complaints and any order changes with the customer, supporting the sales department. He/she will constantly monitor the progress of work to prepare internal reports and provide updates to the customer. He/she will be present on site during crucial or critical project phases and act as an interface between field technicians and other company departments.

The main activities will be the following:
  • Coordination and management of assigned Automation and Robotics jobs according to defined contractual conditions.
  • Organising and scheduling activities while respecting project deadlines and costs.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with Italian and foreign customers and suppliers involved in the project, both in order to create new business opportunities and to project a positive company image. Maintaining relations also within the organisation, pulling the strings and mediating between the parties.
  • Supporting the Purchasing Department in the procurement of the most relevant order materials, both by collaborating in the definition of contractual conditions and by maintaining the appropriate contacts with suppliers.
  • Managing any problems that may arise during the development of projects
  • Conducting periodic meetings to check alignment with forecasts made regarding project progress.
  • Managing the assigned work team by motivating members in order to improve overall performance.
  • Drafting of job closure reports in order to capitalise and disseminate results, solutions and anything else necessary to increase effectiveness and efficiency in subsequent experiences.
  • The resource will take part in the training courses promoted by BM Group to deepen and improve their skills in the field.
  • Borgo Chiese (TN) - (Headquarters, production of electrical panels and robotic cells, testing and verification, offices for software development, electrical and mechatronic engineering).
  • Calvagese della Riviera (BS) - (Branch with offices and production site - after training period).
  • Rovereto (TN) - (Branch with offices - after training period).

  • Interest in a position of responsibility with managerial duties.
  • Diploma and/or degree in electronics, information technology, mechanics, mechatronics, or management.
  • Previous experience in managing orders in automation, robotics or related fields.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
  • Good knowledge of the Office package.
  • Willingness to make occasional trips around Italy and abroad.
  • Ability to adapt to new contexts.
  • Orientation towards achieving results.
  • Excellent stress resistance, interpersonal skills and operational flexibility complete the profile.
